Public Events for the coming Year…. …...and Feedback The MJBO
puts on regular concerts in various line-ups from a saxophone quartet, a jazz
quintet, a 10 piece little big band, a Dixieland Octet, to the full MJBO of
around 18/22 musicians. If you have a special or social/public event and would welcome live
music please get in touch, we will see if the SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT…… This
year is our first year of supporting Zoë’s Place, the Baby Hospice in Normanby, We are privileged to have been asked
to perform a charity event for them and look forward to seeing you on the
night.
Ticket
price is £5 and includes a Pie & Pea Supper,
there will be a raffle also.
With all proceeds to Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice.

a concert by the Sax Quartet at The Atrium, “I
would like to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation and thanks to
you all for the time and effort you gave for the benefit of patients,
visitors and staff on the 3rd December. I hope that there will
similar occasions in the future.” As
a direct result of this concert, the Sax Quartet were
commissioned to perform on the 10th June and 2nd
December 2007. Following
the concert on 2nd December 2007, Miss J Burnson
wrote.. “I
would like to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation and thanks to
all of you for the time and effort you gave for the benefit of patients,
visitors and staff on the 2nd December. I
hope that there will be other similar occasions in the future. As a result of
the last letter, we are currently in negotiations for two concerts in June

the opening of the new WMNT Meath Street Centre in “

the concert by The Sax Quartet at The Tall Trees, Yarm,
on NYE 2006. Mr P Lal Kawndele,
General Manager said.. “ We were
lucky to have you”. As
a direct result of this concert, the Sax Quartet were
re booked to perform at the same venue on NYE 2007. Following
this performance, Mr P. Lal Kawndele
said.. “You

the wedding of Karen and Darren Smith on 24th February 2007 Dear Andrew, Just a note to
say a big “Thank You” to you and your band members for the
wonderful music you played at our wedding 24.2.07 at Judges. You were
fantastic and impressed all the guests. Your music made the afternoon very
